		<description>Depends on the garlic--you could add a bulb of elephant or French garlic and it would have been fine. Is there really such a thing, anyway, as too much garlic? Or just an abundance?

The finished result was a VERY garlicy dip. Andy asked how much garlic I put in and I said &quot;only one!
 
He grabbed the recipe and said in a gentle voice, &quot;but honey it only called for a clove. Do you know the difference between a clove and a bulb?&quot; Yep. I didn&#039;t. But I do now!</description>
